Thinc has assembled a world class team of designers,
marketers, project managers and support personnel to
provide our clients with the service they deserve. We
have a group of core team members and a large freelance
network that we tap as projects demand. We have had
our combined core and freelance staff as high as 75
people when needed.
Each project team starts with a dedicated project manager
and a dedicated creative director from our core group.
The project team is then filled out with a combination
of core and freelance designers as the project need
dictates. We take into account both the number of people
needed and the particular design aesthetic and expertise
necessary for the project while creating the team. The
Thinc management team interacts daily with each project
team on all aspects of the project.
